PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP
/I had the pleasure of being both a vendor and attendee of a photography workshop last month, hosted by my friends Grace and Hun of Carpe Diem Collective. My friend Lauren Cunningham was there photographing the photographers (like inception) and some of the photos in this post are courtesy of her. Thank you, Lauren!
I designed and lettered the menus and place tags. I think I will always love brush lettering and grey watercolor.
Photos from my Instagram. Love how these pieces turned out! And loved attending this workshop. It's so fun to learn and re-learn the technical side of photography. So much to know.
The workshop was held at The Little London Plane, and I don't think there's a prettier space for brunch in Seattle. Floor to ceiling windows, so much light, so well designed. And the food is outstanding, along with the strongest and best coffee from Cafe Umbria next door. Such a treat to be there and participate.
I really love workshops. I love the content for sure, but also the gathering and meeting of new people. Plans are in the works for me to teach a Seattle lettering workshop this fall, stay tuned for more details.
