This summer I discovered a newfound love for farmer's markets. Seattle is no stranger to the market (hello, iconic Pike Place) and there are quite a few neighborhood markets that take place on a variety of both weekends and weeknights here.

I love many things about them: the colors, the delicious scents, the people watching, getting to know the farmers, and of course, the abundant local produce. I started capturing snapshots of the market with the hashtag #weheartthemarket this summer on Instagram, and am loving this project.
